Total Longterm Care is a non-profit managed care health care and supportive services program designed to assist seniors who want an alternative to nursing home placement. With Total Longterm Care’s assistance, participants can stay in their own homes and communities.
The mission of Total Longterm Care is to enable frail individuals to live with dignity in their communities.
There are no hidden costs or co-payments for any Total Longterm Care services.
Once a person enrolls in Total Longterm Care, all services including medical care are provided through Total Longterm Care. The participant or family must pay for any resources used from outside the service system.
For participants who are eligible for Medicare, Total Longterm Care will provide all Medicare-covered services.
We accept both Medicaid or a flat monthly rate.
