Total Longterm Care intake staff enrollment staff answer questions, offer tours, and assist individuals and their families with the application process. Join us for a visit at any Day/Health Center and meet the physicians and Total Longterm Care staff. Total Longterm Care staff all help to determine if a potential participant is eligible for Medicaid—and will help with the Medicaid application.
